The final round of the 2021 Revo ACU British Motocross Championship didn’t go to plan for the Rob Hooper Racing Yamaha team at Landrake on Sunday.
Both Lewis Hall and Sam Nunn struggled to find their pace on the Cornish circuit, and after a day littered with falls and mistakes, 17th and 19th overall was the best the duo could muster.
Team Boss Rob Hooper cut a despondent figure after the event saying “It was another frustrating and difficult day for the team. I was hopeful that both Lewis and Sam could put in a good result today after having such a good MX Nationals meeting here but it just wasn’t to be and once again, we haven’t delivered when I thought we could. We have one more meeting to do now at Foxhills this weekend, and I hope we can bow out of 2021 with something positive to say.”
The former GP circuit of Foxhill is the destination for the team this weekend for the final round of the 2021 Bridgestone British Masters.
